That is five ounces (over a quarter pound) of wings per US Citizen on one day of the year? Kind of hard to believe, even if it is Superbowl Sunday….

Wings look bomb, but wow this guy needs to cool it with the knock off Guy Fieri crap. Just give me the recipe and stop with the food network jokes.

I would suggest to anyone that enjoys chicken that isn’t drenched in sauce to brine them. Just don’t use too much salt!

Thanks for sharing! I opened up a Wing restaurant in Houston for a quick stint with a partner and then sold it. People love wings!

Wait …. What psychopaths like the drums more than the flats!? I've literally never met anyone that would pick a drum over a flat

So right off the bat…that's just wrong. Wingettes are superior to drumettes. The survey can say whatever but it's wrong. Everyone in my family prefers the wingettes…and I used to think you would prefer a drummette because it's more like a chicken leg (which I liked the best because it was the easiest to eat). But I've come to realize that the wingette has more meat and is generally more tender…

…anyone who prefers the drummette is wrong and their opinion is invalid because they don't know what they're talking about…I'm not saying the survey is "wrong", I'm just saying that most of the people surveyed don't understand wings.

Making this for the 2nd time now. Came out great the first time. Not quite like fried wings but this is pretty damn good considering there’s no frying. Can easily toss in sauce too. Love it, thanks for the recipe.

It seems like if I add more than 1/4 tsp of baking powder to my wings, all I can taste is baking powder!!
