At just seven years old, our next guest flew halfway around
the world to play the piano for us. Here to perform Flight of the Bumblebee,
all the way from Hong Kong, please welcome Phoenix Lee.>>[APPLAUSE]>>[MUSIC]>>[APPLAUSE]>>That was amazing.>>Thank you.>>Now, were you nervous doing that?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>I was a little bit nervous, but I’m so happy to be in this beautiful
big television station.>>[LAUGH] that’s sweet. So you have, that’s a beautiful dress too. There’s a name for that dress, right?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>That’s a long name.>>[LAUGH]
>>It is called qípáo, this is my favorite dress,
I put it on just for you.>>Well thank you so much. I put this on just for you.>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>So how long have you been- seven years old, this is incredible, seven years old. Just to even,
I mean chopsticks is impressive for seven. So how long have you been playing?>>Two years.>>She understood me. Two years? And so at five years old you started.>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>Five and a half.>>Wow,
that’s really impressive to be that good. So you do speak a little English?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>I can speak a little bit of English [CROSSTALK]
>>Well, it sounds like not. She just answered in Chinese.>>[LAUGH]
>>[FOREIGN]>>What do you say in English?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>Colors. And how old are you? Easy ones.>>Well, that’s very impressive that you
speak any other language besides that. So you play piano, what else do you
enjoy doing in your spare time?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>Exercising, running.>>[FOREIGN]
>>So that I can grow really tall.>>You’re gonna grow really tall? And what did you wanna do. This is your first time in
the United States, right?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>Yes. [FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>What did you wanna do?>>[FOREIGN]
>>[FOREIGN]>>I want to see NBA basketball.>>They’re very tall.>>[LAUGH]
